We begin by understanding the customer's needs, including the characteristics of the materials, required packaging result, production capacity, and plant layout. In this step, we ask customers to provide pouches, materials, and plant layout drawings to ensure we offer the most suitable solution.
When we receive the materials, we will conduct testing and then customize the packaging solution based on the customer’s requirements, the specific material characteristics, and the packaging production process.
Customers confirm the designed solution and place their orders.
We create an internal manufacturing schedule based on the agreed delivery time, covering everything from drawing design, part processing, to assembly.
Before the packaging machine leaves the factory, we conduct thorough trials for at least two days to ensure any potential issues are resolved and the machine operates smoothly.
Our experienced engineers will arrive at the customer’s factory at the same time as the packaging machine, assist with installation, and train the customer’s staff on how to operate the machine.
