The premade pouch is automatically fed to the opening position by a bag feeder system. Using a suction device or mechanical arm, the bag is opened smoothly.
Once the bag is open, the material is filled accurately into the pouch. Depending on your product’s needs, we offer various filling methods such as vibration, screw/auger, or weight-based filling.
After filling, the pouch is sealed securely with a heat-sealing or clamping method, ensuring the contents remain protected.
